For two decades, Lloyd Princeton has been immersed in the design industry, working with interior designers and architects, as well as with showrooms, design centers, manufacturers and vendors.  Early on, Lloyd identified the need that design professionals have for sound business advice and guidance to effectively manage and grow their practices. Fulfilling this need became the cornerstone of his consultancy firm, Design Management Company (DMC), which he founded in 1999 to assist his clients with matters such as contract negotiation, pricing, marketing, product licensing and distribution, and, most importantly, staffing.

In addition to running Design Management Company, Lloyd is a sought after speaker internationally. Lloyd has been the MC, keynote speaker and moderator for numerous conferences, seminars and speaking engagements sponsored by design industry companies and trade organizations.

Lloyd has been featured in publications such as Wall Street Journal, New York Times, The Epoch Times and Hospitality Design, among others. The second edition of his book, “Marketing Interior Design,” was published through Allworth Press in New York. Lloyd serves the industry as an expert witness, is a registered expert with the GLG Council, and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Coalition for Engaged Education in Santa Monica, CA. Lloyd leads a truly bi-coastal existence, residing in both West Hollywood, CA and New York City, NY, although his work regularly takes him across the U.S., from Houston to Miami, and around the world from London to Russia.

Elisabeth really enjoys working with amazing people and brands, and she also has extensive experience producing all aspects of brand launches, media events, festivals and conferences. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from University of Georgia.

Russ Winer is a problem solver with an acute attention to detail. He has been creating graphic solutions for clients for over 17 years and thoroughly understands the importance of combining a strong work ethic with dedication and integrity. In 2010 Russ started RED Creative: print and multi-media with a client focused vision in mind, the client base ranges from small start-up business to multi million dollar company’s like Gold’s Gym International, Honda and Microsoft.
